Lancaster County, PA — Watch enthusiasts, collectors, and newcomers alike are invited to experience Lancaster Watch Weekend, a three-day celebration of fine watchmaking, horological education, and community, taking place September 25–27, 2026, throughout Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

What started as a simple idea is now becoming a landmark event in American horology. This fall, watch enthusiasts and collectors from across the country will gather in Lancaster, Pennsylvania — a city deeply rooted in watchmaking history — for the second annual Lancaster Watch Weekend, taking place September 25–27, 2026.

Lancaster County was once a thriving hub for American watchmaking, and today it remains one of the most unique places in the country for horological appreciation. With its rich history and growing modern relevance, the region is the perfect setting for this one-of-a-kind celebration.

The event is co-hosted by four key local players in the watch world:

Together, they’ll present an engaging three-day program featuring exhibitions, horological experiences, an open house, and community gatherings that celebrate both the past, present, and future of watchmaking. A yearly favorite is the RGM Watch Company Open House, which will be on Saturday, September 26th.

Select events will also be hosted in the historic E.F. Bowman building on Duke Street, a fitting venue with deep ties to Lancaster’s storied past.

Adding to the excitement, national groups RedBar and the Horological Society of New York (HSNY)will also participate, bringing their communities of passionate collectors and watch enthusiasts into the mix.

This is more than just a watch event,” said Roland Murphy, Founder of RGM Watch Co. “It’s a celebration of craftsmanship, community, and the remarkable horological legacy that lives on here in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.”
